Manure collection & preparation
Collection method, foreign material control, premixing and regular feeding.
Recover value from livestock manure with a compact biogas system sized for your operation. Plan manure management, on-site energy and agricultural resource recovery together.

For small and medium-sized livestock farms, the right system starts with the quantity and quality of manure that can actually be collected. BİOPAC considers collection arrangements, energy needs and site conditions together to develop a farm-specific solution.
Collection method, foreign material control, premixing and regular feeding.
Reactor, heating, mixing and process monitoring matched to manure characteristics.
Assessment of gas storage, cleaning and utilisation equipment suited to the operation’s energy objectives.
Solid–liquid separation, suitable storage and an analysis-based agricultural use plan.
| Your resources | Review livestock species and numbers together with daily collectable manure and the collection arrangement. |
|---|---|
| Your energy goals | Share where you intend to use the gas and your farm’s current energy consumption. |
| Your investment scope | Consider feedstock preparation, the digester, gas cleaning, gas use and digestate management together. Define equipment and site works clearly in the proposal. |
Share your available information so we can determine capacity and scope together.
| Herd & collection | Livestock species, numbers, housing arrangements and collectable manure. |

| Manure characteristics | Daily quantity, dry matter, organic matter and biogas potential. |
| Operational needs | Hot water, heat or other energy use objectives. |
| Site & agricultural use | Space, infrastructure, storage and land application conditions. |
No. Livestock species, manure collection rate, dilution, dry matter and biogas potential must be assessed together.
Expansion is assessed during initial design. Feeding, reactor, storage and gas utilisation equipment must be coordinated; not every system can automatically be expanded.
Digestate use depends on analysis, hygiene, salinity, nutrient balance and applicable suitability requirements. Storage and application planning are also part of the scope.
Daily collectable manure, analysis results, intended use and site infrastructure define the proposal scope. Start by bringing these inputs together to establish a comparable investment scope.
You can start with livestock numbers, the collection method, available daily manure quantities and site photographs. Together, we can identify the missing data needed to define capacity.
